From I-405 go East on NE 8^th St. Take a left 116th Ave NE, then right on NE 12th St (Bellred Road). 

Right on 120th Ave NE and right into large parking lot. 

Karmen Executive Center is at 40 Lake Bellevue Dr, Suite 100. 

The conference room is the first door to the left of Suite 100 door
